Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am, and sharing my love of music provides a unique opportunity to do exactly that.
I spent over 5 hours playing #praiseandworship for the homeless and the volunteers who helped feed 500 homeless people on Thanksgiving without taking breaks except to use the restroom. I was touched by some of the stories I heard from the people there, especially one particular homeless man who – after thanking me for playing – told me if it weren’t for Jesus he would have no reason to get up in the morning and try to improve his situation. I am thankful for being just a tiny part of this commnunity event.
