I wrote this song, because it serves as a reminder that our identity is in Jesus Christ alone. He should be the only one that defines us and His Word should be a lamp to guide us when we feel unworthy. So be encouraged today, let your Identity be in Christ and the rest will follow!

I chose my original song "He Is King".
This song is my prayer for the world. Our world has become so dark and filled with sin and I just hope and pray for the day when more people come to know Jesus the way I do, and I truly believe that this world would become a better place.

Original - While this will hopefully be a powerful song for others as they suffer trials in life, it is a lament to God about the heavy trials I have faced in the past few months. I still trust God through pain and heartache and know He will help me through anything. I surrender everything to Him.

Jesus is the light of the world and He lives in me. I want my life to be a reflection of that light. Worship in one of it's forms is how we live our lives! My prayer is that the church will begin to shine brighter in these dark days!

"Take Me to the River" is an original song about redemption. The lyrics are filled with hope, sharing the power of surrendering and giving God all the glory for a new beginning with Him through baptism.
