This song is about calling God to help my soul, which is the most valuable thing in my life and worth saving. In a world like this, I need God to care for my soul more than anything.

I wrote this while I was struggling with sin issues, anxiety, depression and namely self loathing. It turned into a sinners prayer of dependence on God in spite of who I am. God brought me through where I didn’t think I’d make it. He truly is my only Hope.

There will be a day when the Lord returns to take his bride home, what a glorious day that will be! “Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him, even those who pierced him”; and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen.” Revelation 1:7
