This song is so special to me because it serves as a constant reminder that no matter what's going on in our lives, Jesus already won the battle and defeated the grave. He gave up His life for all of us when He didn't have to. He took our shame and guilt and all of our stuff. All praise goes to Him. My life goes to Him. As a parent, I would give my life up for my children no matter the cost if it meant giving them life. He did that for me and you too. He deserves everything I have, because I wouldn't have it without Him.

I chose this song because it was my way of expressing my love for Christ and how much He means to the world for who He is.
