My life is a testimony of just how amazing merciful, gracious and protective God has been in my life. This song is really special to me because to me it says all the suffering was for Him and I’ll get to tell others the story of it. He’s not done writing my story and he is my hope for tomorrow.

I chose this specific song because it is my favorite and it is sung by our church. As I sing, I begin to reflect all the good God has brought into my life and I give Him the praise he deserves with the voice he has given me. It allows me to feel closer to the Lord and feel His great love for me.

When I started listening to Christian music/gospel when I first came to Christ, this was one of the first songs that I could connect to and it made me feel so welcomed. This song really helps show God‘s promise and love for me and I want to share that love with others through this song.
