I chose this song because it reflects where I came from before believing in Christ Jesus. I wanted to find peace in life though it was, no where to be found until I received Jesus as my Savior. He is the only way to receive life everlasting, mercy, goodness and peace.

I view my head, heart, and soul as a garden. As the song says, “I don’t want no snake in my garden.” The spirit of fear and anxiety are not welcome in my garden. I want it to thrive and flourish with God’s presence and peace.

This is a video of me ministering to God’s people about Him being good. God gave me this song that He is good. My message does not waiver from encouraging people to hold on. No matter what it looks like, God is giving us authority/power to overcome bc in the end we will be victorious.

I chose this song because of its simple message that all we need is Jesus to complete us. I wrote it when I was 16 and caught up in boy drama. I started getting into the Word of God and finding out who God said I was and found that I didn’t need somebody else, all I needed was Jesus. Colossians 2:10

This song is such an important reminder for us as Christians to keep our eyes on God and trust in Him no matter the circumstances we are in. He is faithful and He has a plan for all of our lives, so we have nothing to fear.

I am choosing this song because I connect with the emotion of the melody and the lyrics. I feel a closeness to Jesus when I sing this. When I sing this song, I see Jesus with eyes of fire, sitting on His throne smiling at me. He is pleased with me and is delighted to be with me.
