A video of myself playing the guitar and singing my original song “Transformed”. I got butterflies tattooed on my forearm by my senior pastor (super cool right?!) and to me, they signify spiritual transformation. I’m a new creation in Christ. I am Transformed!

I chose this song because it’s my testimony. After losing my third child at 17 1/2 weeks, I got up and led this song with every fiber of my being. You either believe He’s God, or He’s not. And I have learned that in those darkest moments, He’s still trustworthy: He’s still good.

I love singing songs that tell a great story! “When Love Was Born” portrays the moment Jesus was born like no other song. Mark Schultz also happens to be one of my favorite Christian artists.

At the end of March, we celebrated Resurrection Sunday. I am thankful for a risen Savior victorious over sin and death. Jesus Christ underwent torture to die on the cross for us, the Via Dolorosa. I sing this for my Father, because He loved me this much to do this for me. I want to share this love.
