This song was inspired by Mark 9:24 when a desperate father declared, “Lord I Believe; help thou mine unbelief.” Perhaps we all have or will, experiences that challenge in our faith. But like this father, we can hold to our faith as imperfect as it may be, and behold the miracles that will follow.

This is one of my favorite hymns of the church, sung in my slightly bluegrassy way. My favorite line is " This is all my hope and peace...nothing but the Blood of Jesus..." I'm thankful for the sacrifice Jesus made that allows a sinner like me to be able to have a blessed hope in this dark world.

This song really inspires me to live for Christ with all my energy, and to ask for His grace at every moment of my day. I really enjoyed doing this cover and I hope you all like it as well!
