When you first learn a song, it is surface level, but somewhere along the way it becomes part of you. God shows up in spite of me, when I fall, when I am lost, even when I resist Him. He is patient, consistent, and has never given up on me. I hope Goodness of God blesses you as much as it has me.

We chose "Two Wooden Beams" by Josiah Queen because of the message behind this song. Reminding us that Jesus bled on a cross to save us from our sins. Josiah Queen has also been one of our role models in our journey as Christian music artists.

This came from a time of waiting and preparation for what He was doing, and it reminds me that we have to daily surrender all to Him as we seek first his Kingdom and a right relationship with Him.

This was one of the first songs I shared, when God called me to step out in faith, be vulnerable & show that it doesn't take perfection to be used by Him. All He wants is a surrendered & willing soul. When I thought I'd messed my life up too much for God to use, He said oh no, now you're ready.
