Last Thanksgiving, one of my dearest family members—an outspoken atheist—challenged my faith, questioning why I believe in heaven and devote so much of my life to an abstract reality. I simply smiled and said, “I find joy in dreaming my life away.” That night, I poured my heart into this song.

I chose this song by Matthew West because I was recently asked to sing it at a friend's wedding. My wife and I celebrated 9 years of marriage on May 5th, and we've had our share of challenges and heartache, but our commitment is even stronger and I still "...mean what I say when I say...I DO"!!

“Four Nine Zero” is my original song about forgiveness based on the Bible verse Matthew 18:21-22 where Jesus said “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” Seventy times seven is four-hundred ninety, and that’s where the title came from. I hope you enjoy, God bless!
