I love singing songs that tell a great story! “When Love Was Born” portrays the moment Jesus was born like no other song. Mark Schultz also happens to be one of my favorite Christian artists.

At the end of March, we celebrated Resurrection Sunday. I am thankful for a risen Savior victorious over sin and death. Jesus Christ underwent torture to die on the cross for us, the Via Dolorosa. I sing this for my Father, because He loved me this much to do this for me. I want to share this love.

This is an original song of ours that talks about learning to trust God instead of worrying in stressful situations. We worship our faithful God who teaches us to live by faith and not fear.

We wait is a song I wrote talking about the world we live in and we want God to heal our land and save our world.

This is one of my favorite hymns/worship songs. It fills my heart with joy and is so powerful. It tells us Jesus is always here to help us. God doesn't promise a life without storms/heartache but He promises to be with us through it all. We know that It is well with our souls if we have Jesus!

I chose “God of Wonders” because it takes me back to my childhood singing with my family on the way to church. It makes me think of how long the Lord has been with me and makes me realize how many times He has tried to get my attention. It makes me feel great full He’s been there my whole life!

This song is the first song that gave me feeling towards Christ. It was shown to me by a very dear friend, and Christian, Dewayne Dixon. I fell off for a long time, and my church now has brought me back to the Lord, and I shall never faulter from his ways again. This song has always been with me.

This is the Stuff By Francesca Battistelli has always been one of my favorite songs. When I was younger I sang to this song any time it came on. That song is very relatable since there are so many times we all lose sight of the big picture of how amazing our God Is!

I chose this song because I actually wrote this song. I feel that this song reaches the depths of things that people don’t see. One main thing people struggle with is being insecure. This song “Meant to Be” talks about how you are kind, unique and a child of God. Be who you’re meant to be!!

I chose this song because I truly believe- NOTHING else over God will do. Through every battle I’ve faced, the Lord has always been gracious. Even in times when I was far away, He was right there waiting for me to come back to Him with open arms. I can’t help but live my life fully devoted to Him.
