I wrote this song on Ash Wednesday and it reflects the reading I was doing in Deuteronomy, thinking about crossing deserts, heading out into new temptations and challenges, hoping, needing, desiring, wondering, and then coming into the faith that God indeed holds you in the palm of His hand.

This song was inspired by Mark 9:24 when a desperate father declared, “Lord I Believe; help thou mine unbelief.” Perhaps we all have or will, experiences that challenge in our faith. But like this father, we can hold to our faith as imperfect as it may be, and behold the miracles that will follow.
