It's easy to lose sight of God's blessings. After the dynamic year that was 2020, I'm finding myself thankful for things I never thought I would be. I've been blessed with a wonderful wife, a new son, and the gift of hearing that allows me to make and share music. May I never take these for granted.

Never did I imagine that I would spend the last year of my 20s in such an uncertain time as we faced in 2020. As 2021 arrived, hope was on the horizon, but many unknowns still remained. I decided to write a song about perseverance, faith, and joy utilizing verses of scripture.
