I am thankful for the cross and for His love for me. I am thankful that He chose to suffer so that we have the benefit of being sons and daughters of the King. Everyday I remind myself that I am not worthy of what He did for me, but I have so much gratitude for what Christ did for me.

My mom wrote this song years ago and I arranged it. As a child, I loved the tune but now I love the meaning. I hope it serves as a reminder to keep your focus on God and His plan for your life.

In my younger days, I have had a rebellious heart that took me further away from God. I tried to be a good christian by not having vices, but deep within, i have lived in my heart a lifestyle not pleasing to Him. Thank God for His love that reached down for me and has never stopped loving me.

The reason I chose Trust In God is because it’s one of my absolute favorite songs, and it really helped me get through a really difficult time in my life.

I chose this song because as a teenaged girl in today’s world, I feel that there is always a voice that tells us we’re not good enough, not pretty enough, and this songs message is a powerful one, reminding young girls like myself, that we are made in the perfect image of a mighty king who loves us.

The goodness of God is unmatched. I feel deeply blessed to have experienced God's unwavering faithfulness in my life. I am incapable of navigating life without God. He has been my rock during challenging and dark times. I have been privileged to see God’s goodness in my life! Thank you, Lord!
