This song had an impact on my life since the first day I heard it. This is my fight song that helps me get through tough times in my life. I chose this song because I believe the message behind it has the power to help others who are in the middle of a storm in their life to keep going.

I wrote this song inspired by 1 Peter 5:7 "Cast your anxieties on Him because He cares for you." It tells my story of growing up and finding faith, but really it's everyone's story. We come into this world innocent, then the world hits us... we need to remember how much we are loved by God.

I chose the song "Abandoned" by Benjamin William Hastings, because I feel like this has been a season of my life, where God has truly deepened my relationship with Him. It's been a season of giving Him absolutely everything and learning to be completely abandoned for Jesus.
