Who haven’t I forgiven? Myself. There’s nothing quite like justice to keep me humble. Just when I think about how God should discipline others, I’m always – the spirit always reminds me I’d be the very next one who should be disciplined for all my mistakes. But God’s love, mercy, and grace are as much for others as they are for me. And we’re all forgiven – bought and paid for by Christ’s sacrifice for us – God’s sacrifice for us. We couldn’t pay our debt so God died for us to save us. Then God rose from the dead… because He’s God, (and love never stays dead). Love always rises. Love never fails.
