I wrote this song from Psalm 40:2. This song is about what the Lord has done for me, lifting me out of a life of despair in addiction to drugs and alcohol, and into His plan for my life, serving Him. The Lord keeps His promise of Romans 15:13, filling me with joy and peace, as I trust in Him.
