“Be Still” by Just Will

I wrote this original worship song, loosely based on Psalm 46:10 with a chord progression and a beautiful add9 voicing. During the date of January 6, I felt that many were arguing about differences of opinions, hatred, and absolute chaos. At that time, I went back and sat down with my guitar, and played that same progression and sang, “there is so much chaos.” From there, I wrote the whole song and it’s about realizing there is chaos and failings in this world. The answer for these times, is that we find solace in our Father, so that we can be still and rest assured that we are in good hands.
