This song means so many things to me. We all go through seasons of pain, doubt, indecision, mistakes, and failure. It can sometimes be difficult to seek out God in those moments. Luckily, we stare God in the face every day: Our family, friends, neighbors, environment, fellow man. This is about them.

A song more than 15 years in the making and a testament to God's power even in our lowest moments. I read the book of Jonah (Jonah 2:1-9) during a church service as a teenager and some years later wrote those opening harmonic guitar notes. Now years later I've been blessed with the rest. Please enjoy!
