I wrote this song recently as a surrender of control to Jesus. I was struggling to understand some of the things happening in my life and around me, and as I prayed, I felt peace and a reminder that it’s not in my control. He is all I need: my understanding, my peace, my joy, all of it!

I chose this song because it reminds me of my best friend (who was brutally murdered). A few days before his murder, he told me he was going back to church and devote his life to the Lord but he never made it. Tomorrow is not promised. Choose the Lord now.

This song has such a deep meaning to me and so many others who have heard it! It captures how the Lord holds us and lifts us to new heights when we follow Him!
