On June 1, 2018 I fell down 15 wooden stairs and landed face first on the concrete basement floor at my parents house. I had all of the odds stacked against me. Everything big came in 3s: 3 craniotomies 3 ventilators 3 month long coma with less than a 10% chance of waking up 3 times I died. How many days was Jesus dead?? 3 It is such a blessing that I can still sing so well. Besides the ventilators, I had tracheal intubation, respiratory failure, cysts and polyps, and I have a paralyzed vocal cord. I also have Subglottic stenosis and Stridor. That means that my trachea swells shut every 3 years. Before my last surgery, my trachea was so swollen. All I had to breathe through was the size of a small coffee straw. I had to live each day as if it was my last day. I never stopped singing though. I always spoke through music. That is how I feel closest to Christ. Speaking and singing words of praise brings me such great joy. But because God has saved my life, I have such a passion for leading others to Christ. I was saved to help save. Can you believe that I was comatose, on a ventilator, and had 3 craniotomies? Our God loves us so much that He saved my life and healed my body!!

I suffered a massive TBI. I was hospitalized for over a year. Through God, I defied all odds. I'm still alive because of HIM!
