I chose this song because it reflects the reality of our Lord's return. It puts into perspective the reason why we, the church, do what we do, why we endure what we endure, and why we need to continuously, even more so today, vigilantly share the Gospel. Because, yes, Jesus is coming back.

Is about a man who lost his family, his job, his home, because of sin. He let alcohol take over his life and alcohol became his God. He became homeless and he knew he was lost. He had a picture of his family and that is all he had left of his past. Then the Lord sent a man to lead him back to God.

I chose my song, "First Love," because it explains my heart’s desire to be the worshiper God seeks (John 4:23) and to remember He’s more than enough for me. I was blessed to have some friends help me put my music together and record a video to share to best of my ability.

I love this song because it is a revision on a classic praise song that I feel like that describes my walk with Christ, learning from the old hymns that still ring out through our old home church. While introducing a fresh and new take on worshipping our “Good Good Father."

When I first heard this song, it put God's love for us in a new perspective for me. It illustrates how wild God's love for us. He will kick down walls, move mountains and stop at nothing to bring His child home. No matter what we do, He will never stop loving us and never let us stay lost.

I chose this song because it reminded me of who the Lord is and all He does for me, as sometimes Satan wants us to believe we are alone. I want to encourage someone you’re not alone and know God is always with you no matter what you’re going through.

I chose this song because at the time when I sang this song at a competition, I wanted to not showcase my voice, by how many runs, riffs or how high I can get, I just wanted to lead the people in worship. This song helped me go into worship when listening to it, it reminded me to let the Lord have it all.

I have been through alot of past trauma, abuse, addictions, ect. I hid behind my fears for many years. Now over a year sober, rededicating my life back to the Lord, I am no longer a slave to my past! This is my now, speaks to me, as Now I am rising above my fears and living the life God called me!

I am a Worship Leader in my church La Mies. I wrote this song with my husband and my 11 year old daughter named "Auténtica en ti" for our first women's conference in 2024.
